Beytees.com – VHQ Texas LLC is committed to your complete satisfaction. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to help make things right.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- %20 restocking fees +. inbound + outbound shipping charges will be deducted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-printed, embroidered, or personalized items
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
How to Request a Return
- Log into your account at Beytees.com
- Navigate to My Account → Orders
- Click the “Return” button next to the order you wish to return
- Select the items and provide a reason for the return
- Submit your return request
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Return Shipping
- Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Store Credit: Available immediately upon approval
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures you get your replacement as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@beytees.com or call (945) 248-1568. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective item
- Description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
